Bittersweet

Hello again social world. After 2 very FAST weeks with my husband home from Iraq, I am back to work, & back to blogging. Our time was just as the title of this entry states, bittersweet. We did so much in so little time, trying not to miss a thing. 

Many people stated that having Jordan home for the two weeks would be harder than if he would just stay over there and come home in 6 more months. That, I have to laugh at. They clearly don't know just how HARD this is. Having him home was the single, most amazing thing we could have asked for. It really gave us the "go juice", if you will, to get through the next half of this time apart. 

As worried as I was, he came home and just slipped right in where he was before. Nothing changed that mattered. It was as though he had never left. Life was perfect, for 2 short weeks.
